This Gentle Yoga course is perfect for You!

Are you looking to increase your flexibility and strength? Are you seeking a friendly community of like-minded people?

 The six week block helps you to dedicate a time in your week to yourself to distress, breathe, relax and get fit safely. The group practice will allow you to connect with new friends and have fun. 


This 6 week course will introduce the basics of Yoga including

1. Breathing techniques to focus the mind and aid relaxation.
2. Yoga postures to stretch and strengthen the body.
3. Guided meditation to relieve stress and tension.

 

Mats will be provided but feel free to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.


6 weeks, €60.
