‘Time out for Teachers’ 90-120 mins
This Wellbeing programme is designed to help teachers relax, restore and rejuvenate (mentally, physically and emotionally).
We begin with a 15 minute guided meditation, followed by a physical warm-up and a gentle yoga sequence which includes backbends, forward bends, twists and passive inversions. We use the breath as our guide to help open, release and nourish our minds and bodies. The class ends with a candlelit Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, to induce deep relaxation. Afterwards there will be time for discussion and simple ‘Time-out Tips’.
