Wellbeing in schools starts with the staff.  Teachers dedicate their days to looking after the physical, mental, emotional and social health of their students. At Chrysalis Wellness, we believe that prioritising self-care can reduce stress, anxiety and potential burn out.

Our interactive programmes are delivered in a relaxed and friendly manner and they aim to help restore physical, mental and emotional balance to a busy lifestyle. A combination of Yoga postures, breathing and meditation techniques aid in the release of tension and fatigue from the body and help relax and restore the mind.  The experience of taking time out together can also have a profound impact on staff relationships.

Teachers will be able to use the different techniques to promote Wellbeing and positive communication in their classrooms.
