Whether your sport is competitive or for pleasure, self care is extremely important. Stretching, joint mobility exercises, proper breathing, rest, hydration and good nutrition are as important as the time we spend training if we want to perform to our highest potential.

This 6 week course will focus on key areas of:

  • Stretching to relax muscles
  • Joint mobilty exercises to release tension
  • Breathing exercises to increase energy
  • Relaxation and time to rest the body
  • Mind training with a focus on positive self-talk to increase motivation

Why 6 weeks?

Stretching is a key aspect for performance that most athletes tend to ignore. The course will provide a dedicated time slot in your training to help your body recover and reset. With consistency, you will increase flexibility and mobility, improve breathing and relaxation and heighten your mind/ body awareness. The result is improved performance, energy and focus.
